- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in civil and building works.
- Good leadership skills with knowledge of construction methods, cost control, project management and quality management.
- Ability to lead site personnel.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Cantonese.
- To oversee overall project activity through project planning, execution and completion.
- To plan manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for project.
- To provide leadership and guidance to site workers for the implementation of the project quality plan and execution of the contact requirement.
- To attend site meeting and participate or conduct project kick-off meeting.
- Liaison with main-contractor builders and M&E services.
- Solve issue on the site.
